Bear Paw Resort, formerly known as Bear Paw Lakeview Resort, has successfully operated as a prime fishing destination located on the shores of Panguitch Lake, Utah for more than fifty years.  Panguitch Lake is a beautiful natural alpine lake surrounded by ponderosa pines and aspen trees.  Located just three hours from the Las Vegas metropolitan area, and four hours south of Salt Lake City. Get a breath of fresh mountain air, enjoy the scenery, wildlife, and some of the best trout fishing around! Just so you know: Panguitch means "big fish" in the Paiute language.
